After you have paid, please view your invoice on our website through the Account page. You will be prompted to select either "Request a Shipping Quote" or "I will arrange pick up." If you would like to pick up your items, please select, "I will arrange pick up." In the course of the resulting interface, you will have the opportunity to let us know when you would like to pick up your items, or if you plan to send someone on your behalf. We do require that you enter the full name of the person that will be picking up your item(s), and advise them that we will need to confirm their identification. Once you have entered all of your information and agree to our terms, click, "Confirm Pick Up Plans." Shortly thereafter you will receive an email confirming your selections.
For non-North Carolina residents, please confirm that you have a tax exemption form on file or that your authorized party is a certified transportation vendor. Without these certifications, LLA, Ltd. will need to include North Carolina sales tax on your invoice.
Pick up is available at our auction gallery during normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST). We of course can't release any items until they are paid in full.
