What is the consignment process?

Our specialists will review your estate, collection, or object of value and discuss current auction values/estimates with you.  If you decide to proceed, we will review the consignment contract, commission rates, and any other fees (such as moving expenses or professional jewelry appraisals) if applicable, and prepare the contract for your signature.  Once we receive your consigned property we will begin preparing your items for auction.  Preparation includes research, cataloguing, photography, marketing, and set up.  You will receive a detailed settlement statement within 30 days of the auction date for your review and signature.  Once we receive your signed settlement statement, we will mail a check from our escrow account within one week.
