How does shipping & pick up work?

Our in-house Shipping Department is able to assist with almost all of the items we sell at auction.  If you prefer, you may personally pick up your winning items, or direct us to release them to a third-party.


In-House Shipping


Follow these steps to use our In-House Shipping Department to ship your winning items:

  1. Log in to your Leland Little Auctions online account and view your invoice.
  2. Click the "Pay Invoice" button and enter your payment details.
  3. Once the invoice has been paid, you will be prompted to select shipping options.
  4. Click the "Request Shipping Quote" button and provide the required information.
  5. Our Shipping Department will create a custom shipping quote and send it to you in an email.
  6. Click on the link in the email to review, approve, and pay for your custom shipping quote.
  7. Once the quote has been paid, our shipping department will ship the item(s) to you and send you an email with tracking information.


Customer or Third-Party Pick Up


If you wish to pick up your items, or have someone else pick them up for you, such as a friend or shipper of your choice, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Leland Little Auctions online account and view your invoice.
  2. Click the "Pay Invoice" button and enter your payment details.
  3. Once the invoice has been paid, you will be prompted to select pick up options.
  4. Click the "Arrange Pick Up" button and provide the required information.
  5. Our staff will now be able to release your item(s) as directed.


For non-North Carolina residents, please confirm that you have a tax exemption form on file or that your authorized third-party is a certified transportation vendor.  Without these certifications, LLA, Ltd. will need to include North Carolina sales tax on your invoice.


Pick up is available at our auction gallery during normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST).  We cannot release any items until they are paid in full.
